BRITNEY Spears WILL appear on Glee – but will be treated with “kid gloves” on the show, creator Ryan Murphy has said.
The pop star will make a cameo on the episode of the programme, which pays tribute to her music in the upcoming second series.
But he insisted it will not focus on the troubled 28-year-old star’s personal life and concentrate on her music instead.
He said: “Britney, I think 100 per cent, is going to be on the episode.
“She is going to come and do a couple of scenes.”
Talking to Ryan Seacrest on his US radio show, he went on: “It’s about her music and not her personal life.
“We’re handling Britney with sort of kid gloves.
“I really admire what she’s done with her life and how she’s turned things around.”
He explained how her music would feature in fantasy sequences set in motion when the characters visit the dentist and are put under anaesthetic.
