Hip hop legend Flavor Flav has been arrested.
The rapper was pulled over for a routine traffic violation at 10.57pm on Friday night by authorities in Las Vegas.
As police were questioning Flav and running his name through the system, they discovered he had four warrants out for his arrest.
Flav, real name William Jonathan Drayton Jnr, was wanted due to several previous brushes with the law.
Flav never settled up with the court in four separate automobile-related matters. These included driving without proof of insurance, a parking violation and two cases of driving without a license.
Flav was taken to a nearby jail – where he was booked, posed for a brand new mug shot and was eventually released.
No word from Flav on his arrest.
The former Public Enemy star has returned to the spotlight in recent years with his own reality TV show, Flavor of Love.
In which he comes across as a sex-less man picking his choice and sleeping with desperate women.
