Russell Brand, who was in Oz on his I Am A Walrus stand-up tour, met up with leggy blonde model and MTV presenter Kate Peck, 25, at the ARIA Music Awards in Sydney.
They hit it off instantly at last month’s bash…which they were both booked to present…and were seen together multiple times at the posh Park Hyatt hotel.
A source said: “They’ve been enjoying quite a passionate fling, mostly at the swanky Park Hyatt.
“They’ve seen each other a few times. Kate likes his cheekiness, he’s definitely her type. Unlike former girlfriends, Russell wanted to keep it all top secret.”
The source added: “Even though he’s left Sydney, they’re still in contact.”
Kate, who describes herself on Twitter as “MTV’s newest VJ! lunatic, model and motorcycle maniac”, isn’t the first Aussie Russell, 37, has fallen for…he went out with actress Teresa Palmer in 2008.
After his divorce from singer Katy Perry last December, Russell has seen a string of women.
As well as numerous beauties he’s met at yoga classes in LA, he’s romanced Gerri Halliwelll, 40, trainee actress Aimee Levoir, 24, Hungarian model Nikolett Barabas, 32, and Isabella Brewster, 27…sister of The Fast and The Furious actress Jordana.
Former lover Becki Seddiki revealed: “He is a man who needs a lot of sex and the one thing all his women must be is wild in bed.”
Meanwhile, the non-stop bed-hopper was spotted out and about with another mystery blonde on Sunday after his return to LA.
Randy Russell has dated up to 14 different girls since his divorce last December…more than one woman per month.
Russell took a few weeks out before getting back in the saddle.
In February he dated sexy Hungarian Nikolett Barabas and Mexican painter Oriela Medellin Amieiro — and he’s been back in top bed-hopping form ever since.
