The Spice Girls musical is being delayed because of arguments between Mel B and Mel C.
The pair are wrangling over details for Viva Forever and are holding up writer Jennifer Saunders, claim reports.
An insider said: “Mel B and Mel C just cannot agree on anything. It is driving Jennifer crazy.”
Emma Bunton, Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Brown and Melanie Chisholm are all involved in the project, but will not star in it.
It was due on stage by the end of 2012.
