While everybody is different, and life choices play a huge part in creating our sexual histories, there are certain things the average reasonably attractive and sexually savvy person gets up to at a certain age. How do you compare to the norm.
In your 20’s:
1. He’s sex mad – 85% of 20 to 30 year-old men think about sex every couple of hours.
2. She’s had a lesbian fantasy – Imagining what it would be like to make love to another woman is in the top three female fantasies.
3. You’ll have a threesome – About one in 10 people have had a threesome in their lifetime…and most people do it in their early 20’s.
In your 30’s:
1. You’ll have sex outside – Sex on a beach or in a hot tub is most likely to happen now, mainly because you’ve got the money to afford holidays that offer the opportunity.
2. You’ll have lots of oral sex – 87% of women in their early 30’s have received oral sex. Which is perhaps why her orgasm quota arises…90% of women post 30 regularly experience orgasm, compared to just 23 per cent of younger women.
In your 40’s:
1. You’ll have unsafe sex – 40-pluses are the worst at observing even the basics of safe sex. STI’s have doubled in under a decade in people over 45.
2. You’re having less sex – But it’s better quality. 30 to 39 year-olds have sex around 86 times a year…compared with 112 between 18 and 29. Sexual satisfaction levels rises but your eye-sight gets worse…from all the masturbating.
