You must dump a miserable partner

Do you have a partner who’s constantly moaning, or work in a grumpy office? Then watch out…misery is contagious.

A Harvard study shows unhappiness, and all moods, can be infectious. That’s because our brains have “mirror neurons” that mimic the expressions of the people we’re with, causing “contagious thinking”. And if our faces are arranged into a certain emotion…like a frown…the feeling soon follows.

All the more reason to change jobs if you’re in a negative environment…or ditch that miserable partner. If not, you’ll only end up feeling the same as them.
