The original Sugarbabes are back

They were one of the biggest girlbands of the Noughties.

And Keisha Buchanan, Mutya Buena and Siobhan Donaghy each left Sugababes one by one amid rumours of infighting and bust-ups.

But the girls, now known as MKS, are back and played their first gig in more than a decade at a New Year’s Eve party.

The trio looked happy to be back together and smiled while holding the artwork for their original debut album One Touch backstage at the concert.

The singers, who announced they were reforming in July last year, coordinated their outfits and dressed all in black for the show.

Siobhan wore a black vest top with leather trousers while Keisha wore a dark top with patterned lace tights.

Mutya looked casual but glamorous in a black dress and blazer while wearing a pair of large silver hoop earrings.

The threesome covered Rihanna’s hit song Diamonds and they also sung their first Sugababes single Overload and later release Freak Like Me.

Keisha posted pictures of the girls together on Twitter and wrote: ‘Argggh love my sisters. (sic)’

Mutya added: ‘We promised every1 something frm us by new yrs and we gave it hope u all enjoyed last nite who ever was there an enjoyin it on youtube xxxxx.

Fellow band member Siobhan wrote: ‘Happy new year everyone!!!! Well this certainly goes down as the best yet.’

The pop star’s have suggested their upcoming album is better than their original album One Touch with Mutya insisting fans will love their new material.

She said: ‘I think it’s a step up from the first album. I just hope people will enjoy it. Actually, I know people will enjoy it!’
