A hotel in the resort where Fawlty Towers was set has been closed down after 30 guests went down with a stomach bug.
The Majestic Templestowe Hotel in Torquay, Devon, has been shut for a week for cleaning. Owner James Wright said, “It is nothing to do with our hotel. It could be brought in at any time from planes, coaches and trains.”
Other local hotels have also been affected.
